Deposit / Cancellation Policy for the
Cottage By The Sea

 All bookings require a 50% deposit to be confirmed.
(Full payment is required for all reservations made within 60 days of arrival) 

Deposits will be refunded only if the Cottage is re-rented for the same dates and the same rate. 
All cancellations must be made in writing. 
There will be a 20% service charge of the full rental rate on all refunds if the Cottage is successfully re-rented. 
Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. 

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for to protect your vacation plans for travel at all times of the year.
